About Jennifer

A thoughtful, experienced approach to therapy.

Jennifer brings warmth, honesty, and clinical depth to her work with clients. Her approach is collaborative and individualized, with attention to both the symptoms causing distress and the deeper patterns that may be keeping someone stuck.

Sessions may include reflection, practical tools, emotional insight, and support for building a more compassionate and steady relationship with yourself.

Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what has been hard to carry, and begin finding steadier ways forward.
The therapy experience

What therapy can feel like here.

Therapy does not need to feel cold, rushed, or one-size-fits-all. The work is paced with care and shaped around what is actually happening in your life.

In sessions, there is room to talk honestly, notice patterns, understand emotions, and develop tools that feel realistic outside of therapy. The goal is not to force quick answers, but to help you feel more clear, supported, and connected to yourself over time.
