Do you offer online therapy?
I offer both in-person and online therapy, depending on clinical fit and the type of support needed.
A calm, collaborative space to better understand what feels hard to carry and begin building steadier ways forward.
People often come to therapy when what used to "work" no longer feels sustainable. Therapy can help you better understand these patterns and begin creating room for something different.
Support for worry, panic, overthinking, perfectionism, avoidance, reassurance-seeking, and the feeling of being constantly on edge.
Therapy can help slow the urgency loop, understand body signals and triggers, and practice steadier responses between sessions.
Open handoutTherapy for disordered eating, food anxiety, body image distress, recovery challenges, and the emotional patterns that often surround eating disorder symptoms.
Work may include food anxiety, body image distress, recovery support, and the emotional patterns that make eating disorder symptoms feel harder to interrupt.
Open handoutHelp for depression, emotional heaviness, low motivation, irritability, mood shifts, shame, and feeling disconnected from yourself or your life.
Sessions can make room for heaviness, irritability, shame, and disconnection while identifying small, sustainable next steps.
Open handoutA thoughtful space to understand trauma responses, emotional triggers, nervous system patterns, and the ways past experiences may still be shaping the present.
A trauma-informed pace centers steadiness, nervous-system awareness, boundaries, and choice while making sense of what still feels active now.
Open handoutJennifer brings warmth, honesty, and clinical depth to her work with clients. Her approach is collaborative and individualized, with attention to both the symptoms causing distress and the deeper patterns that may be keeping someone stuck.
Sessions may include reflection, practical tools, emotional insight, and support for building a more compassionate and steady relationship with yourself.
Therapy does not need to feel cold, rushed, or one-size-fits-all. The work is paced with care and shaped around what is actually happening in your life.
In sessions, there is room to talk honestly, notice patterns, understand emotions, and develop tools that feel realistic outside of therapy. The goal is not to force quick answers, but to help you feel more clear, supported, and connected to yourself over time.
